What features I can use with free plan?

In free plans, you can have unlimited search for Singapore, HK and China company registry information at no costs, and you can enjoy plus and pro plan features at limited search.

In "News and Legal Search module", why am I unable to modify the records in the Search History after clicking on the "complete review" button?

Once you click on the "complete" button, a report is generated and logged in the console. Each search can only generate one report for a particular entity. Therefore, if you want to export another report, you will need to perform another search.

What factors determine when one search limit is used?

The "Plus/ Pro only" tag indicates which features will consume your search quota. Typically, the search limit is applied when you view a profile of an e-commerce merchant in the "Business information" section, when you search for Singapore company financial analysis  or when you perform a search in the "litigation or news" section.

Does Inriskable work on mobilei?

No, but we were working on it. Currently, Inriskable is only supported on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Please use a supported browser.

How to change system language?

You can select the language of the content translation and the system language in the "Settings" page.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your profile page with a click of a button. 

How does support work?

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy allows for refunds within 1 day after the start of the next renewal cycle, without consuming any search quota from your current plan. The refund amount will be send to your card in 14 days. Please send us an email or fill in the support form.

How to use Inriskable?

To begin, you may search for company information on the search bar at the top.

Why I can't receive the verification email?

The verification email may end up in your junk or promotional email folder. Additionally, please double-check that you have used the correct email address to register. If the previous method is unsuccessful, an alternative option is to log in using your Google account.

Can I use it for my team?

Team function is only available on Enterprise version, please contact our sales for a demo.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you’ll be emailed an invoice every time your subscription is renewed. 

Is payment secure?

We use Stripe to handle all our payments and Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security on every transaction.

Can I extend my trial?

Yes, if you were not able to test the Inriskable with 10 search limit, during the trial period you can request a trial extension. Please email us at support@askamyai.com and we'll extend the trial for you. We'll need to know your account email details, so please include that in the email.

Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes, visit the pricing page and click on the plan you want to switch to.
