Invoices are automatically emailed after each successful payment. You can also download past invoices from your Billing section in the account settings.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or modify your plan anytime via your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on your selection.
We’ll notify you by email and automatically retry the payment. If it continues to fail, your access may be temporarily paused until the issue is resolved. Make sure your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
Yes. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

For Plus/Pro plan, if you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us and we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked. After that period, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We’re committed to ensuring you get value from Inriskable, and we’re happy to work with you to make things right.
For Starter plan, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features, but we are happy to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@inriskable.com.
